Review | Lioele Dollish Cera-V CC Cream ♥

Today's review is about the Lioele Dollish Cera-V CC Cream. CC creams were released after the huge success of BB creams and it's very different to BB creams. It stands for 'Colour Correcting/Complexion Correcting' and aims to provide more skin care properties. What I've read about when I researched about CC creams is that it's also more lightweight than BB creams. As always, products that I use are usually influenced by people who rave about it alot and I've heard that this CC cream is amazing from Elaine Mok & AhyeDizzy from YouTube!!

Review | Maybelline SuperStay Better Skin Foundation & Concealer ♥

Hello Everyone!!! 

For today's post, I'm going to be talking about one of my new favourite foundations that I've tried recently! As you can see in title, it's called the Maybelline SuperStay Better Skin Foundation & the Concealer as well from the same SuperStay Better Skin line. I know it's probably been out in the US for many months now, however, it is still considered as a relatively 'new' product in Australia so if you're interested in knowing my thoughts about this product, keep reading (warning - it's quite a long post hehe) ^_^~

I'm just going to talk a bit of backgound information about Maybelline's SuperStay Better skin line before I get into the review, in case you didn't know this information! So this new product line by Maybelline is called "Better Skin" because it contains Actyl-C in both the foundation and concealer. The Maybelline BB cream with salicylic acid already got me hooked and now a foundation and concealer with Actyl-C sounds too good to be true!! You're all probably wondering what the benefits of Actyl-C are but don't worry, I've got you covered! 

Actyl-C is a powerful vitamin derivate that leaves skin feeling energised, fresh, healthy and radiant by promoting skin regeneration, evening discolouration and brightening dull areas of the face! This foundation also claims to visibly improve the skin in 3 weeks including: 

• Smoother skin 
• More even skintone
• Brightening of Dull Areas
• Hydrated, supple complexion

When wearing foundation, the last thing anyone would want is clogged pores and breakout. So the idea that this product has skin benefiting properties makes it super appealing to me!! Sounds really good right?? 

Review | Too Faced Natural At Night Palette ♥

Today will be another review and I'm really excited because this is one of my favourite eyeshadow palettes of all time!!! I purchased this Too Faced Palette last year when I went to Malaysia's Sephora. I had never tried Too Faced Before this but I heard many good things about the brand from Youtubers like Weylie!

HELLO everyone!! 

Surprise! hehe... I know I did say that I was going to be on blog hiatus for a month until my major exams finish but obviously i'm like bored out of my mind and procrastinating seemed like a good idea so I decided to make a blogpost instead ahaa. I have 5 more exams to go!! Can't wait til it's all over :) I never actually thought I would miss blogging this much!!  

A while back my sister took me to this really nice vintage cafe and i obviously took advantage of the scenery to take these photos because we were legit the only people in the cafe. What's the meaning behind the name of your blog?
When I first wanted to start blogging I didn't know what to name my blog. But because I really liked makeup and makeup has the ability to make someone beautiful, I decided to call if Beautifying Life. Idk it was pretty lame and my sister laughs at it all the time haha but I really can't be bothered to think of something better at the moment! :P 

Why did you start blogging?

I started blogging because I had been watching beauty bloggers and gurus on Youtube for many years like Michelle Phan, Bubzbeauty, IlikeWeylie and heaps of other people and I really wanted to do what they did. But because I'm not good with talking in front of cameras, writing out stuff was a lot easier and I could stay behind the screen :P

How has your week been? I'm pretty excited and I'm sure many fellow Australians in Year 12 are excited too because graduation is in less then 2 weeks now and formal isn't far away either!! The only thing I'm dreading now is choosing my uni courses for next year and right now I have less than a month until they're due >_< I'm thinking of doing education but I'm not really sure yet!!

How was everyone's week? I'm so glad the weekend has finally arrived because I've spent the past 5 days sitting in my school hall doing three hour exams :'( Not exactly the best week! I'm sure you all had a more exciting week than me lolol :P

So last year, I did a blogpost about my first time shopping at Jolse Cosmetics which you can check out HERE! Basically for those who haven't read my first post, Jolse is a Korean Cosmetics Online store and they sell products at a really cheap price and with every order they offer lots of samples plus free shipping! This was a haul from last year and when I found these pictures that I had taken previously, I decided to finally write up a post since I haven't uploaded a haul post on my blog since forever!

Oh yeah by the way, before i move onto the haul, I wanted to say please excuse the colour of the photo's, they all look extremely yellow and it must've been because on the day i took these photos, it was a pretty gloomy day, hence the bad quality! Sorry!
