Yesstyle.com.au Cosmetics Haul ♥

Hi Everyone!

Today's haul is from Yesstyle.com.au, which I'm sure many of you have probably already heard of! I used to love looking at all the stuff that YesStyle sells but I hadn't bought anything there before because their shipping fees to Australia was just too expensive. So i'd usually choose alternatives to buy similar products such as Sasa and eBay. However, starting from two months ago, they began to have free shipping on all orders made on their website so I quickly hopped on and bought a couple of things.

I actually made this order a month ago so i don't really remember how long it took for the package to arrive, but it was approximately 3 weeks. Everything came in a big white box with Yesstyle.com on it and all the items were carefully wrapped in bubble wrap. Altogether I bought four things including:

1. Skin 79 - Super Plus Beblesh Balm (VIP Gold BB Cream) SPF 25 PA++ [40g]
AUD- $18
2. Ponds - Flawless White Ultra Luminous Night Treatment [50g]
AUD - $18
3. Laneige - Power Essential Skin Refiner_EX
AUD - $20
4. SANA Hadanomy Collagen Mist
AUD - $18

Onto the Haul... ♥ (Full reviews will be coming later)

I've always heard extremely good reviews about the Skin 79 BB cream lines and so when i saw that this was on sale for only $18 I bought it straight away. I bought it during winter when my skin was extremely dry which is why i went for the Gold one instead of the pink one which is more for the oilier skin types. I wore this once and it has a very grey undertone so it doesn't look really white and it only comes in one shade so it oxidizes a bit to fit into your natural skin colour. I wore it on my face once and it broke me out so i'm not sure if i want to continue trying out this product or if i should just leave it. I really want to give it another chance but i don't want to risk getting even worse skin. But i have to say, it does give me really good coverage and it applies really smoothly on the skin.

The only time that I've used Ponds is when I'm in Hong Kong because its a pretty popular drug store brand over there. I haven't used it in years thought, but after watching MzJackieChu's Video on YouTube about skincare, i decided to give it a try since it was on sale on Yesstyle and my acne scars need some lightening :\ . Firstly i really love the colour scheme, pink and white is so pretty! However, i did find that the packaging is really bulky and hard to place in my drawers because the lid is a weird shape. It's definitely not travel friendly and only good when using it at home. It's smells amazing but i haven't really seen any whitening effects take place yet, but that's cos i've only been using it for a  week so far! After a few more weeks of using this product, i'll update on how this product is doing :)

This is probably the only full size Laneige product I've bought because i do find that their products are a bit pricey. However since this one was on special for $20 i decided to buy it! The bottle is a lot taller than i thought and a lot heavier. So yet again, definitely not a travel friendly product. I haven't tried it on myself yet but i did open it and it a pretty runny consistency and smells pretty good!  I actually bought another one for a friend of mine to try out as well!

The last thing that i purchased from YesStyle was the Hadanomy Collagen Mist which costed me $18 AUD. I recently ran out of my Juju aquamoist vitamin C toner so i decided to buy another one during this mini haul. I was going to purchase another Juju aquamoists vitamin C toner but they didn't sell it on Yesstyle and i had heard great things about Sana products so i quickly added this mist into the cart. I like the idea of a mist as i can use it as a refreshing treatment for my dry skin during winter and just for cooling purposes during Summer. And collagen apparently does wonders to the skin, so i definitely had to give it a try!

Looking at the ingredients list it shows that there are a lot of ingredients in this mist that can do your skin a lot of good! Such as Hyaluronic Acid which is amazing for pampering dry skin and Honey which does wonders at soothing the skin. Micro collagen can also repair the skin so everything on the outside sounded pretty promising.

The spray nozzle looks like the typical nozzles that you get on a spray bottle so nothing special about it.

The only dissapointing thing that i noticed about this mist is that the nozzle releases the mist very unevenly. Its sprays over a wide surface area but its very concentrated in the centre but then the areas around it just gets hit with tiny droplets of this mist. The spray is also very weak so if you hold it a little too far from your face, you won't feel anything but if you hold it too close, you'll just be soaked on the face in the specific area, very uneven. Other than that i like the soothing effect that it provides for my skin and i do enjoy the scent of it. It kind of smells like lychees :P Yummy~ It's also a bit sticky but thats probably just because it has collagen in it.

Anyways~ thats all for my YesStyle Haul, so i hope you guys all enjoyed reading this post!

  4. Awesome haul, Fifi! (I found you through Twitter, ahah~) I'm a huge fan of Laneige and have been using their refiners/moisturizers for the longest time. It's great! (But yes... hm. A bit pricey, and I guess my skin is getting too used to it now because it won't work as well for me these days.~~)
The mist looks so nice, but meh! I have a huge pet peeve with uneven spray nozzles... sigh. They always seem to come to me broken or something, seriously. -__-

Glad to find your blog, I'm definitely following you now! ^-^

  7. Wow, you picked out so many amazing products! I would love to try the Skin 79 BB cream, I've heard so many great things about it too. It's so unfortunate that it broke you out though, maybe your skin is really sensitive to it.

Take care always, love Christine ~ xo
